Unwind & Reset: Gentle Movement and Sound Bath

Join us for a gentle reset with mindful movement and longer-held restorative yin poses to unwind tension in the body and create space in the mind. Perfect for anyone looking to pause and step away from the busyness of daily life. We'll close with a calming soundbath to re-harmonize the body and invite deep relaxation. All levels are welcome.

What to bring?

Please bring water, layers, a mat, blankets, pillows or anything else that will help you feel comfortable and supported.
