Unwind & Release: A Burnout Reset Paint Session

A 90-minute guided workshop that combines painting, self-reflection, and a bit of astrology to help participants release burnout and reconnect with themselves. Through structured prompts, we’ll identify where energy is being drained, uncover patterns, and begin shifting them in ways that feel aligned with your energy.

No painting experience is required. This workshop is less about artistic skill and more about using creativity and astrology as tools for reset. Participants will leave with a completed art piece and a clearer understanding of how to work with their inner world to restore their energy.
