Unwind and Reconnect TuesdaysJoin us for an evening of gentle movement and deep reflection! Our Gentle Vinyasa Yoga class with Lauren G Koch, starting at 6 PM, is the perfect precursor to meditation. This class helps to release tension from the body, allowing you to sit more comfortably and focus more deeply during meditation.
Following the yoga, we invite you to join our special Guided Meditation session from 7 PM to 7:30 PM, focused on balancing chakras. Each week will be a different chakra.
Location: 405 N Market St, Frederick, MD 21701
Entry: Yoga studio entrance is through the alley door on the left.
