Join us at Good NAtured to unwind and recenter. 🥰Hi everyone, I’m Haley! 👋🏻
I will be your host for these events. I have had many hats over the years, Im an army veteran, single mom, artist, and certified professional life coach specializing in emotional intelligence, inner child healing, art therapy, and transformational coaching.
✨ Are you ready to release stress and reconnect with yourself?
This workshop will take place Fridays at 6:30pm, every class will vary each week, we will cover:
🌬️ Transformative Breathwork & Meditation – Learn grounding and energizing breath techniques that help calm your mind, boost mental clarity, and release built-up tension.
🎨 Creative Self-Expression – No artistic skills are needed! This is about expressing yourself and releasing emotions. Just bring your desire to gain insight and clarity.
🧘 Practical Techniques to ‘Unwind & Recenter’ – From gentle movements to mindful journaling, these practices will help you reconnect with yourself and cultivate a sense of peace that lasts beyond the class.
🤝 Non-Judgmental Sharing Circle – Connect with like-minded individuals in a supportive space where you can share experiences, brainstorm, and gain new perspectives. This circle offers a chance to explore challenges and solutions with others on a similar journey.
This class is for anyone ready to unwind, explore, and connect — just as you are. Whether you’re navigating a packed schedule or just need a mental refresh, this is the perfect opportunity to pause, reset, and gain a little peace of mind in a safe space.
