Wildwood Cultural Center and the City of Mentor Community Arts Commission are calling all photographers to partake in our May Photography Contest at Mentor’s City Hall. This exhibit is open to Ohio photographers whom are either novice or experienced. Entries will be featured in one of two categories available for this show. There is both an open and themed category in which photographers are encouraged to submit photographs which both include black and white and color photographs. This year’s theme is “Tourism.” Monetary awards categories and divisions will be awarded along with Best in Show. One photograph per person may be submitted into contest. Fee per artist is $10. Ages 18 and up. Individuals are able to enter their photographs by submitting attached entry form (page two) the Mentor City Hall, 8500 Civic Center Blvd. in Mentor on Friday, April 29, 2022 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. A public reception for award winners will be held on Friday May 13, 2022 at Mentor City Hall, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Artwork will be on display at the Mentor City Hall May 3 through May 31, 2022, Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. All pieces are to be picked up Wednesday, June 1, 2022 between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
