Join us for an intimate "Unveil yourself" mini retreat. Engage in a mental health workshop focused on your authentic self as you Honor all parts of you, by choosing what still belongs to you and what no longer aligns. The I'm strong, I'm happy, I'm confident, I'm a hard worker, The I don't need anyone are a few of the masks we'll be exploring. Connect with all aspects of you in our Reiki circle without judgments or fears. And allow yourself to be guided through breath and body work in this curated experience.

This will be an authentic and holistic experience.
