Thanksgiving dishes are done and the Christmas lights are set out- it's the most wonderful time of the year! But for disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ, it is our reminder that joy comes to the world and resides within us. Advent is here so we might reclaim and restore the joy of Christ; the birth of the one who has come into the world. Join us as we are reminded of God's great "unto us" message of joy for this season. 11.28 Hope
The writer of Hebrews tells us that "faith is the assurance of things hoped for." And what are we hoping for? Join us as we reclaim and restore the hope of Christ's coming for our world and time.
12.5 Peace
This morning we venture into Luke's telling of the birth story and watch as Zechariah is "muted" so that he might listen for the peace that passes all understanding. Listen in as we "mute" the incoming noise around us and reclaim and restore the peace of Christ "unto us."
12.12 Love
Love is defined in so many ways it's hard to know what love truly looks like. But this morning we know that love looks like a mother carrying the savior of the world. Join us as we allow Mary to sing and exclaim the love that has come "unto us."
12.19 Joy
"Joy to the World" is a familiar hymn for the Christmas season. But what might joy bring to you and your world? Listen in as we sing and celebrate the joyful anticipation of Christ the Lord; the one who has come "unto us." Joy to the world, the Lord has come!
12.25 O Holy Night
Join us for a special Christmas Eve service in which we we light a final candle and worship the Christ-child. His law is love and his gospel is peace! Please come and celebrate with us.
