Intention: Untamed
Summer is a season of wild growth. Fields stretch toward the sun, rivers find their own course, and life flourishes beyond the boundaries we try to impose on it. In the same way, there is a part of each of us that longs to move freely ~ to shake off expectations, step outside familiar patterns, and reconnect with our natural vitality.
This ecstatic dance is an invitation to listen to the untamed wisdom of the body. Through movement, we'll explore what happens when we loosen our grip on how we think we should be and instead follow the impulses, rhythms, and instincts that arise from within.
Together we'll create a space where the wild, authentic, and fully alive parts of ourselves can emerge and dance.
Stacey Butcher is an Open Floor movement teacher, serving on the faculty of Open Floor International, and a Certified 5Rhythms teacher (trained by Gabrielle Roth). She is also a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), Integral Somatic Psychology practitioner, and a Reiki Master/Teacher. Stacey has been dedicated to the healing arts for over 25 years and has studied with healers and teachers from around the world. Her teaching is infused with passion, deep presence and humor.
