The Timeline is as follows:
• 2nd September 6PM: Nominations open. • 13th September 6PM: Nominations close
• 14th September 6PM: Nominees are released
• 18th September 11AM: Proxy voting commences.
Proxy voting form: Check back in on the 14th September 11am!
There will be a limit of 5 proxy votes for each candidate, for each position. In order to maximise their chances of attaining their desired role, make sure to cast your vote during the AGM!
• 19th September 6PM: Proxy voting closes and AGM begins

To ensure fair opportunity for candidates who deserve to be elected based on merit over popularity, there will be no campaigning permitted. This includes Facebook Events, Groups, Pages, physical material distributions, messaging and any other form of publicity.
Candidates who are found campaigning will have their nominations forfeited.
You must have filled out our sign-up form and be a member of UNSW MathSoc on SpArc in order to nominate yourself for a position or be eligible to vote. Check out https://member.arc.unsw.edu.au/login?locale=us to see if you are a member.
For all attendees before or on the day, whether you have nominated yourself for an Executive position or not, please fill out the attendance form (https://forms.gle/Wq8y25DyTfgMNWx2A) as we will only admit members after they have completed the form. This ensures that we are able to reach quorum on the day and can proceed with the AGM.
2025 Arc Clubs Executive Training will be held on the 20th and 21st of October 2024 in-person at the Roundhouse. At least TWO Executives from each Club are required to attend ONE of the days. If you are nominating for an Executive position, please save these dates.
