UNSW Kpop Society will be holding our 2024 Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 2nd October from 6-8pm at Civil Engineering G1 and online through the UNSW Kpop Society Discord server. All UNSW Kpop Society members are encouraged to attend and vote for your 2025 Executive Team.The following positions are to be elected in the following order:
- President
- Vice President + Welfare Officer
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Arc Delegate

Candidates are required to deliver a speech for a maximum of 3 minutes. Presentation slides are not required but encouraged, please email the slide deck to [email protected] by Tuesday 1 October 11:59pm. There will also be a Q&A after each speech. Please note that if you are applying for multiple roles you will be required to deliver a separate speech for each role you are applying for.
------ NOTES -----
Only members of Kpop Society who are Arc members in 2024 and will continue to be in 2025 are eligible to nominate themselves for all Executive Position. If you do not meet this requirement you cannot run for Executive positions at the AGM. However, you are still welcome to apply for director and/or subcommittee roles in the future.
2025 New Executive Training will be held on the 20th & 21st of October 2024 in-person at the Roundhouse. At least TWO Executives from each Club are required to attend ONE of the days. If you are nominating for an Executive position, please save these dates.
To be eligible to vote you need to be a member of UNSW Kpop Society on SpArc. Discord-only members who have not paid the membership fee this year will not be able to vote. We will be verifying your KpopSoc membership via SpArc prior to the commencement of voting.
Attendees of the AGM who are both an Arc AND UNSW Kpop Society member will be entitled to one vote.
