Unseen & Rooted
About this Event
UNSEEN & ROOTED
A Four-Part Playshop for BIPOC Community
An invitation to remember that some of life's deepest transformations begin long before they are visible.
Together, through yoga, sound healing, reflective dialogue, and earth-based practices, we will explore the natural cycles that shape both the land and ourselves.
Inspired by the wisdom of Air and Earth, this four-part journey invites us to honor the unseen movements within us while cultivating practices that help us become more deeply rooted in our bodies, our communities, and the living world.
Rather than seeking to fix ourselves, we gather to witness what is already unfolding.
Each gathering stands on its own while contributing to a collective journey of remembrance, relationship, and becoming.
This is not about reaching a destination.
It is about learning to trust the rhythms that have always carried us.
