Anxiety, depression, and related issues aren’t just in our heads; they reside in the intricate pathways of our nervous system. Led by Nervous System Specialist, Carolyn Kubena. As a nervous system specialist, Carolyn knows that talking ourselves out of struggles or relying solely on willpower can make things worse. That’s why she focuses on neuroscience, body-psychotherapy, and mindfulness practices to help you rediscover your innate wisdom and healing potential.

• When: Every first Thursday of each month from 5:00 – 6:30 pm, starting May 2 through Nov 7, 2024 (excluding July 4 holiday)
• Where: The Wellbeing Company (1076 S. Gaylord Street, Denver, CO 80209)
• Cost: $30 per session. Paid by PayPal or CC at the event.
• Prerequisites: Open to all levels; no prior experience needed
• Bring: Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat, if you have.
• Suggestion: We suggest you wear comfortable clothing like gym clothes that allow you to move around freely
