Unravel: The Embodied Release of Intergenerational Trauma

Join Coorself founder, Caroline, and Dee Xecu in gentle movement, meditation, and somatic release of intergenerational trauma. You can expect guided meditation, gentle somatic movement, instrumental savasana, and reflection.

This practice is a nurturing blend of therapeutic and restorative yoga. Participants will move mindfully, focusing on releasing stored emotions and stagnant energy in the body. This practice will help you calm the nervous system, connect with breath, and muscles.

While this is a group experience with shared intention, Unravel is an individual practice. You will not be asked to share, or hear, what brings you and other participants to this workshop.
