UNPLUGGED - DISCONNECT TO RECONNECTAre you constantly attached to your phone and wish you had a healthier relationship with it but don’t know where to start?
Imagine how it would feel to lock your phone away for a couple of hours and have some uninterrupted time away from the digital noise doing things you ACTUALLY enjoy.
But if you don’t make the time to schedule time away from your phone, would it even happen?
Don’t worry - we’ve done all the hard work for you.
Join us at UNPLUGGED!
Picture this - two hours of uninterrupted time without your phone to read, draw, journal, create something, knit, ideate, exchange ideas, discuss things, play a board game, do some art & craft, plan, just be, or whatever else you like to do!
This will be held at a secret location in Perth, within 15 minutes from the Perth CBD and will be announced 7 days before the event.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
- Screen-free time for 2 hours.
-A scheduled mix of time to yourself and time to connect with others.
- Tea/coffee/water
- Light snacks (but please free to bring your own).
- Some board games/books/other materials will be provided, but please bring your own depending on how you want to spend your time.
- A cosy space to recharge & reconnect.
- Curated light background music during part of the event.
- A little take home surprise!

1. What will happen to my phone for the 2 hours?
Your phone will be safe & secure in a place only accessible by staff. We have a seamless process in place!
2. What about my smart watch?
We do encourage people to leave them at home, if possible. However, turning off notifications, putting them on silent mode, or turning them off are the best options.
3. Will there be Gluten Free snack options?
Of course!
4. Is this suitable for all ages?
The event is for all adults 18 years and over.
