Often times when we’re operating from a place of fear we limit our options and our world gets really small in order to stay and feel safe. You could call this your comfort or “control” zone. When this happens- you lose sight of your power and your ability to think expansively. At the Unplug From Fear Retreat we’ll be gathering together to open our minds, expand and step outside of scarcity.

One the first day we’ll start by having Kai Bertrand lead us through a group energy cleanse- she’ll cleanse our auras, remove any cords/attachments so that we start from a clear space. I can’t WAIT!
If you've been following me or my business for a while now- you know how strongly I believe in a world where we all feel safe to truly be ourselves. I believe that now, more than ever, it is essential that you BE YOU. We need you to BE YOU- as that vibration of authenticity is what will heal the world.
