4:00 PM - Sign-In & Meet & Greet
Check your phone and grab a name tag. Please be on time as it helps improve our container.
30 minutes - One on one time with yourself (bring your own solo activity material)
Journal, meditate, read, knit, make art, or simply be. Have some “me time” in community.
15 minute break
60 minutes - Community Through Curiosity or Play a Game (bring a game you enjoy if you have one)
It’s time to connect! This time is all about getting to know each other in a relaxed, open space via conversation or with games! Let’s co-create and vibe.
20 Minutes
Closing & Gratitude - Wrap up with a quick reflection and gratitude.
