PROGRAM DATES: This hybrid program consists of in person hours and online livestream hours, between June 29-July 21, 2024.
All the hours are required attendance; there is no online option for the in person hours.

Saturday, June 29: ONLINE Livestream Interactive, 9am-2pm
Monday-Thursday, July 8-11: IN PERSON, 9am-6pm
Saturday, July 13: ONLINE Livestream Interactive, 9am-2pm
Saturday, July 14: ONLINE Livestream Interactive, 9am-1pm
Friday, July 19: IN PERSON, 9am-5pm
Saturday, July 20: IN PERSON, 9am-3pm
Sunday, July 21: IN PERSON, 9am-5pm
IN PERSON Location: CT Aerial Yoga, Hartford, CT, USA
Use of an aerial hammock during the ONLINE hours is helpful, but not necessary.
