Unmasking Narcissistic Abuse: Empowering Silenced Voices is a four-part workshop series that sheds light on one of the most invisible and misunderstood forms of domestic violence. Guided by facilitator Iliana Guevara, participants will explore how narcissistic abuse impacts survivors, families, and communities, while gaining tools for healing, resilience, and empowerment.

This series provides a safe, supportive space to:

• Recognize covert abuse tactics such as gaslighting and coercive control
• Understand the personal and systemic impacts of abuse
• Learn trauma-informed strategies for recovery and self-reclamation
• Build awareness to help break cycles of silence in our communities

Iliana is a passionate advocate for trauma- and oppression-informed support for women and their families. As a survivor of narcissistic abuse, she draws on her lived experience and academic background in psychology, sociology, and family systems to illuminate the hidden dynamics of covert abuse. Grounded in humanistic and existential philosophies, she supports inclusive advocacy initiatives focused on education, values-based dialogue, meaning-making, and systemic awareness. Iliana is committed to creating safer, more authentic spaces and providing accessible tools, strategies, and resources that validate survivors’ experiences and foster healing. In her spare time, she enjoys nature walks and quiet contemplation. She has a deep love of cats but her spirit animals, the bear and the wolf, because they reflect her distinct sides of her personality.
