As the school year kicks off, you might notice changes—not just in your schedule, but in yourself and your friendships. These shifts can feel confusing or even unsettling, but they’re also a sign of growth. This 6 week workshop starting October 16 (meeting Thursday nights) is about understanding what those changes mean, learning how to navigate evolving relationships, and making sure you’re emotionally supported.
