A small, supportive 6-week in-person programme for women navigating life with ADHD

This gentle group has been created especially for women who are diagnosed, self-identifying, or exploring ADHD. If you’ve felt the weight of masking, burnout, or like you’ve never quite fit – you’re not alone. And you’re not broken.
This is a space for honesty, support, and real strategies that actually work with ADHD brains – not against them.
What to expect:
A small, calm group led by me (a qualified neuroaffirming mental health professional)
ADHD-friendly tools for overwhelm, executive functioning, time blindness, and MORE
Reflection prompts, self-kindness strategies, and flexible routines to try at home
No pressure to share or speak – your presence is enough
You’ll leave each week with practical tools, new insights, and meaningful connection.
