- What are your key objectives and which project, appeal or programme could your organisation crowdfund for before Christmas?
- Which crowdfunding model would work best for your charity?
- Which local businesses, corporate partners, trusts or philanthropists could become a match funder for your campaign?
- What prizes could you source from supporters, partners or local businesses for a charity Prize Draw? What products, experiences or exclusive rewards could you offer supporters through a reward-based campaign and how to maximise uptake of the rewards?
- Which existing fundraising events or community activities could be enhanced by empowering supporters to become individual community fundraisers?
- Who already exists within your community that could become ambassadors, fundraisers or campaign champions and how do we map who sits in your crowd?
- What are the key communication channels to use to promote your campaign?
- What would Crowdfunding success look like for your organisation by Christmas?
By the end of the session, you'll have started developing practical ideas that you can take back to your organisation and begin implementing straight away.
