Join the Cambridgeshire Recovery Services, GamCare, The SUN Network and many more groups as they offer free tasters of fun ways to connect and enjoy wellbeing. We'll have some wellbeing stories that will inspire you and opportunities to try some easy ways of doing wellbeing. We'll have free Tai Chi, acupuncture. Try our 'listening sofa' where caring folks who will offer you a cuppa and a chat. Have a go making your own bathbomb while enjoying free tasty food.
