Takeshi Fukushima is a Japan-qualified attorney based in Tokyo, with over 10 years of experience advising international clients on Japan-related transactions and regulatory matters.
His practice spans corporate and M&A work, investment fund structuring and financial regulation, as well as entertainment and media production matters, including serving as legal supervisor for the TBS drama series Ignite.
He is expanding his practice to better assist Singapore-based clients seeking practical support in connection with Japan.

A veteran lawyer with more than three decades’of experience my practice straddles both contentious and non-contentious work. For non-contentious work, his focus is on wealth management and private clients’matters be it in Singapore or China where Mr.Chung is well regarded by the legal profession in China.
