Mental health is increasingly being discussed and considered across cultures. Often, though, people know of only one or two options for seeking the help and care they need to manage or treat their mental health. With the increase in research and technology there are now many alternatives to the traditional medication and psychotherapy alone route.
Michelle Essary has worked in people care for twenty years, and in mental health care specifically for the last fourteen years. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama and Colorado and has a BCIA Board Certification in Neurofeedback.
Michelle currently owns Full Well Counseling & Neurofeedback in Hoover, AL. The mission of the site is to provide people the opportunity for growth and healing through individualized whole person mental health care, education, equipping and connection. Full Well offers a variety of services including talk, art, play, yoga and neuro and biofeedback therapies. Michelle is passionate about helping people find and access the resources, tools, and help they need to live as the fullest version of themselves.
