Tynetta Dance is the Founder and CEO of UnlockU Coaching & Consulting, LLC. Her mission is to empower and inspire women to Unlock their growth mindset, which is essential as they navigate daily biases, self-doubt, and other roadblocks along their paths to great heights!

Tynetta is a devoted wife and mother of three, who earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Hampton University, MBA from Morgan State University, and formal coaching training from ACT Leadership in partnership with the Brown University School of Professional Stidies.
Tynetta has spent the past 20+ years in a variety of leadership positions in both the public and private sector, leading and coaching people. As a senior manager, certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Change Management and Project Management Professional (PMP), she has spent decades developing people, managing projects and conflict, improving processes, and more as she climbed the corporate ladder.

Candis Carr has been a licensed real estate agent for over 17 years, specializing in helping first-time homebuyers achieve their real estate goals. She has partnered with countless non-profit organizations throughout Baltimore, educating hundreds of potential homebuyers on the home-buying process, how to read real estate contracts, and how to help them feel comfortable throughout the process. Additionally, she partnered with local Maryland radio station, Radio One, Praise 106.1 FM. For 2 years she broadcasted a wealth of real estate knowledge to her faithful listeners.
