Meet the Experts:

Adam is a change and motivation expert known for his practical approach to achieving lasting personal and professional performance. He equips teams and individuals with tools to navigate challenges, making him a sought-after speaker and consultant.

Adam is a former IKEA senior leader and co-founder of an internationally recognized Fitness Trainer School with over 4,000 hours of 1-on-1 coaching experience. He is known for his expertise and commitment, using his "Inside The Comfort Zone" principles to help clients achieve transformation.

Chi is an intuitive Empowerment Coach, Human Design Mentor, and Sacred Women’s Work Facilitator, blending her German and Indonesian roots. Based in Bali, she brings 14 years of marketing experience (Coca-Cola, eBay, Lufthansa, etc.) and 4 years of coaching leaders and creatives. Chi’s passion is unlocking human potential through Human Design and her intuitive guidance, helping people break free from limiting beliefs and embrace their unique brilliance in life and business.

Sarah is a trauma-informed holistic coach with a background in marketing and business development. She has led teams in major companies and start-ups before transitioning into change management consulting and coaching. Now, Sarah focuses on guiding people towards fulfillment, ease, and self-awareness. Certified in Neurosystemic Integration (NI) and holistic trauma work, her mission is to help clients integrate past trauma, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and live empowered, self-determined lives.
