A Baba Talk- event is a place where YOU GET TO LEARN, ASK and SHARE WISDOMS OF LIFE with other people. It's a place to CONNECT AND REFLECT with your inner self and others. It is a place for grounding, healing, and a safe space to have honest conversations about life.

Each Baba Talk - event will include short meditations or mindfulness practices, a "Baba" Talk on a specific topic about life, and sharing circle or group discussions. (However, talking or sharing is not mandatory, so just come as you are and how you feel).

What is a Baba Talk? In eastern tradition, Baba Talk refers to sharing or passing down knowledge and life wisdom from those who already experienced it. The term Baba is usually used to refer to "the old wise one" and is a word that is used to show respect to the village elderly in most countries for the grandfathers. So BabaTalks, are about gathering around with others and learning from each other about life.

The THEME OF THIS EVENT on the 15th of November will be HOW TO KEEP YOUR INNER LIGHT GLOWING when the outside world is darkening. This is a FREE event! However, there are only limited places available, so do register to ensure your place. Baba Talks - events usually gather international people, in one place to enjoy a cup of tea, a place to slow down from the happenings of the outside world and offer a chance to connect with like-minded people.
