Most adult struggles trace back to unmet childhood needs and the protective adaptations we built to survive them. These adaptations once kept us safe—now they block intimacy, clarity, and authenticity. Primal Therapy is the De-conditioning groundwork for real transformation.

- How do we recognize whether we treat ourselves with respect?
- What characterizes people who have an internal sense of value?
- Why do we fear rejection, abandonment, and judgment?
- How can we stand behind our choices authentically?

About the facilitator:
Elitsa Velikova is a psychologist and master practitioner with over 25 years of experience working with individuals and groups. Her work integrates systemic constellations, arts therapy, inner-child and developmental trauma work, and holistic psychology.
She facilitates workshops and retreats across Europe, Asia, and the United States, bringing depth, precision, and true mastery to everything she does.
