Join Fay McGrew, M.A., Q.T.P. is a Certified Qigong Master Healer and Teacher. Discover the ancient practice of Qigong and learn to unite with your energy body to improve physical and mental health. This workshop is designed to help you enhance your self-healing abilities and find relief from stress, pain, and fatigue.

You'll be guided through easy-to-follow, relaxing breathing techniques and gentle, self-paced movements that help release tension and decrease pain. Through beautiful meditations, you'll bring your body and mind into a peaceful state while increasing your life force energy. The class ends with deep relaxation and energy healing session.

Qigong (pronounced "chee-gong") is an evidence-based modality rooted in the same principles as Traditional Chinese Medicine, making it a perfect complement to your acupuncture care at Fern Acupuncture. Women’s Qigong for perinatal care will also be featured.

Info: Fay McGrew, M.A., Q.T.P. is a Certified Qigong Master Healer and Teacher with over 55 years of experience studying mind-body therapies. Trained by Qigong masters in both China and the US, she has dedicated over 30 years to initiating Qigong programs in major medical and mental health institutions across San Diego. Fay specializes in Women’s Qigong, Medical Qigong, Military Medicine, and substance abuse recovery. Her teaching style is knowledgeable and personable, creating a welcoming environment for all.
