✨ Unleashing the Alter Ego: A Chair & Pole Experience ✨With The Curly Headed Pole Artist
Date: April 18th, 2026
Location: SOS Fitness, Amarillo, TX
Style: Exotic Flow / Heels Friendly
Discover Your Alter Ego
Every great performer has a secret. For Beyoncé, it’s Sasha Fierce. For Megan Thee Stallion, it’s Tina Snow. For Miranda, it’s The Curly Headed Pole Artist.
As a natural introvert, Miranda discovered that stepping onto the stage required more than just strength—it required a persona. In this 75-minute workshop, you aren't just learning choreography; you are inviting your own "alter ego" to take the lead. Whether you are a shy beginner or a seasoned pro, this is your permission to get out of your comfort zone and step into a version of yourself that is bold, fluid, and unstoppable.
What You’ll Master:
The Art of the Alter Ego: A guided intro on finding your stage persona to overcome nerves and build "main character" energy.
Exotic Fluidity: Deep dives into the mechanics of seamless body rolls, intentional transitions, and the perfect hair flick.
Chair & Pole Fusion: Learn fun, flirty chair tricks integrated with pole movement for a complete performance feel.
The Routine: A short, sultry choreography piece designed to let your new persona shine under the lights.
Choose Your Level:
✨ All Levels: The Foundation of Flow Perfect for beginners or those wanting to polish their movement quality. We focus on clean lines, confidence, and the "why" behind the wiggle.
🚀 Advanced: Power & Precision Designed for dancers ready to level up. Expect more complex chair balances, dynamic pole transitions, and faster-paced choreography.
What to Wear & Bring:
The "Unstoppable" Outfit: Wear whatever makes you feel powerful.
Heels: Heel friendly (but not mandatory).
Vibe: An open mind and a fierce attitude.
Investment: $40
Space is limited to ensure personalized instruction. Are you ready to meet your alter ego?
👠 Workshop FAQ: Unleashing the Alter Ego
I’ve never done pole or chair dance before. Can I still come? Absolutely! The All Levels workshop is designed specifically to be accessible. We focus on movement quality, basic chair tricks, and finding your confidence. No "super-strength" is required—just an open mind!
What should I wear? Wear whatever makes you feel unstoppable. This could be leggings and a tank top, a bodysuit, or your favorite pole gear. Since we will be using chairs, make sure you have some range of motion in your legs.
Do I need to wear heels? This is a heels-friendly workshop, and "exotic style" movement often feels more natural with the weight of a heel. However, they are not mandatory. If you’re more comfortable in socks or barefoot, you are more than welcome! (If you do wear heels, please ensure they are dance-grade platforms like Pleasers to protect your ankles and the studio floors).
What exactly is an "Alter Ego" workshop? It’s about more than just the moves. I’ll teach you the mental tricks I use to switch from "Introverted Miranda" to "The Curly Headed Pole Artist." We’ll use the music, the chair, and the pole to help you tap into a bolder, more expressive version of yourself.
Is there an age limit? This workshop is for adults (18+). It’s a safe, supportive space for all bodies, ages, and backgrounds to explore movement.
What is the difference between All Levels and Advanced?
All Levels: Focuses on foundational fluidity, accessible chair mounts, and a flow that emphasizes "feeling" the movement.
Advanced: Expect more technical chair-to-pole transitions, dynamic balances, and a faster-paced choreography for those comfortable with their pole/chair basics.
How do I book? Space is limited to ensure everyone gets a chair and pole! You can register through the SOS Fitness booking app.
