Welcome to UNLEASHED.

This is a private, in-studio freestyle jam session for women who want to groove to big tunes and dance their butts off without the nightclub hassle.

It is for the women who now dance in the mirror or sing in the shower, but miss the energy of a loud sound system and a room full of good vibes.

Each UNLEASHED dance session pays homage to a specific artist or vibe from the Golden Era of Hip Hop, Pop, and R&B (i.e. we LOVE a good throwback!)

We announce the tribute theme in advance so you can decide if the playlist resonates with your inner dancer 💃🏾
