Unleashed is about shedding the stories we've been telling ourselves and using movement and music to flush energy. We will cleanse through moving our bodies and using our voices. We will scream and cry and laugh and empower ourselves.
There are elements of yoga, pilates, cardio work and free style movement to help us expand our positive vibrations and release negative energy. Yes ladies, you will feel all the feels! :-)
