Unleash Your Power - 9D Breathwork

There comes a point when playing small becomes more uncomfortable than stepping forward.
Fear. Self-doubt. Second-guessing yourself. The limiting beliefs that quietly influence what you believe you’re capable of.
Unleash Your Power is a powerful 9D Breathwork journey designed to help you move through the internal barriers that may be keeping you stuck and reconnect with your confidence, strength and personal power.
Using conscious connected breathwork combined with immersive sound, binaural beats, hypnotic suggestion, guided coaching and somatic release techniques, this experience takes you beyond simply thinking about change and invites you to experience it through the body.
You’ll experience the journey through headphones while resting comfortably on your own air mattress, provided and prepared for you — creating a private, immersive space to disconnect from outside distractions and fully enter the experience.
This journey may be for you if you’ve been:
Holding yourself back because of fear or self-doubt
Second-guessing your decisions or your own capabilities
Feeling stuck even though you know you’re ready for something more
Ready to move beyond limiting beliefs and familiar patterns
Craving greater confidence, clarity and connection to your own strength
No previous breathwork experience is necessary. Come in comfortable clothing and arrive with an open mind and a willingness to breathe. Air mattress, pillow, blanket and eye mask are provided.
Space is limited. Pre-registration and completion of the required intake/waiver are required prior to participation. - https://luvandabove.com/studio-your-9-d-breathwork
