Unleash the SHE, presented by Mayo Clinic, is back in Spring of 2025!
Last year was the start of a new change and collaboration with Little Thistle Brewing Company in Rochester, MN! Little Thistle has worked hard with the city to build access to the trail systems around Cascade lake. The event starts and finishes at Little Thistle, and runs the gorgeous trails around Cascade Lake. Local partners and neighboring businesses are offering plenty of space and close parking to make an easy access event for all. Plus, runners get a free beverage courtesy of Little Thistle, after the event!
This event supports the MN Ovarian Cancer Alliance and we are honored to run and walk with our survivors.
This event will remain open and inclusive of all families and ages. We cant wait to meet you at the finish line!
It’s a celebration of women’s Strength, Health, and Empowerment…SHE! Join in the fun by running the all-women’s 5K or 10K events or grab some friends and walk in the Support the SHE Co-Ed 5K all while helping the Minnesota Ovarian Cancer Alliance (MOCA) raise money to fight ovarian cancer.
