Ease and mobility in your neck are fundamental to the majority of your daily tasks. Yet so many daily and weekly habits that you form in your work, hobbies, and from life stressors can create pain, tension, and movement limitations.
Over this 3-week series you will learn Hanna Somatic techniques to release tension patterns in your neck and the relationships it has with your jaw, pelvis, shoulders, and more. Classes will combine gentle movements in reclined and seated positions to offer you a variety of tools that you can integrate into your personal practice.
Drop-ins are welcome for students who cannot make the whole series. Classes are verbally guided and will be taught in reclined positions on the floor. Recorded replay with one week unlimited access will be sent to all students.
