Rooted in spiritual traditions from around the world, these meditative and joyful dances weave together sacred phrases, music, breath, and gentle movement to create an experience of connection, peace, and community. No dance experience, musical background, or partner is needed. Every dance is taught step-by-step, and all are welcome.
This is not a performance. It is a participatory practice — a chance to move, sing, listen, and connect together in an atmosphere of warmth, curiosity, and heart.
Come as you are, no yoga mat required!
