Universal compassion isn’t about being nice or having warm feelings toward everyone.In Buddhism, it’s the practice of not giving up on anyone—no matter how difficult, uncomfortable, or inconvenient that may feel.
In this class, we’ll explore what universal compassion really means and why it matters, through meditation and reflection. Rather than focusing on ideals or sentiment, we’ll look at compassion as a steady inner attitude that can meet suffering—our own and others’—with clarity and courage.
This class is open to everyone.
No prior meditation experience is needed.
