Unity in Motion: An MLK Yoga Flow for All!

Join us for a donation-based Yoga flow to benefit the Montclair Human Needs Food Pantry (HNFP). Let's honor Dr. King's dream of equality and embody unity in the Montclair community. The flow will be guided by a diverse group of teachers and is open to all bodies, all backgrounds, and all levels of experience.

Schedule

• 10:30 AM – Doors open. Set up your space.
• 11:00 AM – Flow begins. Learn about calming mindfulness practices to use any time.
• 12:00 PM – Learn about local nonprofits. Mingle with your neighbors.

• Please be sure to wear layers you can move in
• Please use a yoga mat. If you don't have one, we can provide you with one. (You'll see a question about it on the next slide)
