We’re thrilled to celebrate the season and our community with you. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.
Dress Code
This is a holiday festive event, we want to see you shine ! Members are encouraged to join us in unity by wearing black with a touch of gold.
Membership & Renewals (Onsite)
Renewals available at the event.
All General Body memberships expire on 12/31/25. No exceptions unless you are a life member
Updated dues:
General Body Membership: $50.00
Senior Membership: $30.00 (ID required for proof of age and address)
Life Membership: $500.00
Accepted payments: Cash, personal check, or major credit cards
Important policies:
No business account checks
Memberships can only be purchased by the member (no purchasing for others)
Accessibility & Parking
Free parking is available via Carillon Tower – Uptown Charlotte.
You must have your parking ticket validated in the restaurant to receive free parking.
Access: Elevator from parking level directly to venue lobby.
RSVP & Registration
RSVP is required to attend using the link HERE
The registration link is for one attendee only; each guest must register separately.
