Join the LGBTQ+ & Friends Ministry for Unity Beyond Boundaries: Allyship and Gender Identity, a thought-provoking event aimed at fostering understanding, compassion, and acceptance. We are thrilled to announce guest speakers from PFLAG (Parent, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays), who will share insights surrounding the intricacies of gender identity.This event provides a safe space for open dialogue, where attendees can learn about the journeys and challenges faced by individuals within the LGBTQ+ community. Our PFLAG speaker will shed light on the importance of allyship, exploring ways in which we can support and uplift one another.
Following the presentation, we encourage attendees to actively participate in a question and answer session, where they can further engage with the speaker, gain deeper insights, and discuss relevant topics. This interactive session presents a unique opportunity to dispel misconceptions, bridge divides, and build greater empathy.
