A deeply nourishing meditative practice, slightly similar in form to yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) with a sacred guided activation to connect with the angel of the body- the ever-constant, loving, infinite intelligence which knows how to make a human body, how to make your particular body, and how to retain the qualities and structures of the body while constantly regenerating and recreating itself, in perfect harmony with your essence. This is one of the most sacred relationships (or aspects of Self) which we have in this realm, and one that is most often not at all recognized or honored.

This process is both relieving and deeply regenerative. By coming into contact with the angel of the body, we can consciously allow this exquisite intelligence, which is a part of the unity which we are, to take the driver’s seat in sustaining and regenerating the body, allowing it’s direct connection to Source to nourish the body and system directly, with more trust and less interference.

This is a time to enter a deep state of conscious connection with the angel/intelligence of the body, and to allow gratitude for this presence to nourish us, on all levels.

This process can open a new dimension of awareness, open us to a new dimension of love and nourishment, and invite us to inhabit the miracle of our bodies in a more reverent and profound way.***For the majority of this session, you will be  lying down in a deeply mediative state. Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a blanket to cover with during the meditation. Sitting is also possible for those with orthopedic issues, or for those for whom sitting is a more comfortable state for meditation.
