​The Caribbean American Chamber of Commerce of the Northeast (CACCNE) proudly presents United for Jamaica: Press Conference & Fundraiser, a powerful morning of global solidarity, humanitarian leadership, and community action in support of Jamaica’s ongoing disaster-relief and recovery efforts.

​This high-impact press conference and fundraiser will bring together government officials, nonprofit leaders, corporate partners, and the Caribbean-American community to provide real-time updates on relief operations and to mobilize critical funding for Jamaica.

​Our Special Guest Speaker is Ms. Linda Roth, Chief Communications Officer of World Central Kitchen, one of the world’s most respected humanitarian organizations, currently on the front lines delivering emergency meals and clean water to Jamaican communities affected by recent disasters.

​The program will also feature distinguished supporting speakers, including:

• ​Mr. Christopher Chaplin, Consulate of Jamaica to Philadelphia
• ​Representatives of Global Empowerment Mission (GEM)
• ​Sister Cities Wilmington, our proud event sponsor

​Together, these leaders will provide updates on the humanitarian response, current needs on the ground, and how public-private partnerships are delivering lifesaving aid to families across Jamaica.

​All proceeds from this event will go directly to World Central Kitchen’s efforts to provide food and clean water to Jamaicans affected by the disaster. Attendees will have the opportunity to donate, engage, and stand in solidarity with communities in urgent need.

​This event will also serve as an official press briefing, welcoming media, elected officials, and community leaders to spotlight Jamaica’s recovery and the extraordinary organizations working to support it.
