In the late 1970s and early ’80s, something powerful pulsed beneath the disco ball: a sound that would evolve into house music. Born in the underground clubs of Chicago, most famously at The Warehouse where DJ Frankie Knuckles reigned, house was a love letter to disco, reimagined with drum machines, synths, and raw emotion.

It was the heartbeat of Black, brown, and queer communities carving out space to exist, to dance, to feel free. House wasn’t just music; it was a movement. A sanctuary. A throb that shook the walls and set bodies in motion.

Now, that legacy lives on.

Join us for THROB on August 15th at 9 p.m., as we honor the pioneers and the pulse that started it all. With sets by APTHOUT, WONDEROSSO, NATURAlHIIIGH, C.B. SMOOVE, and hosted by the iconic BLEACH, this isn’t just a party. It’s a celebration of rhythm, resistance, and release.
