The essence of this event is to bring Cleveland's best holistic wellness practitioners and artists together to create an amazing evening.

This event is for all people that want to feel good, have fun, be entertained, make new friends -- all while sober!

• Chakra Balancing yoga -5pm
• All levels Vinyasa yoga -6pm

• Slow Flow yoga -8pm
• Zap Avalon -7pm
• Solternal -8pm
• Eric Evasion -9pm

Event Host

Kourtney Meyers curated this event with inspiration from the music scene mixed with wellness. She loves bringing people together and providing an exceptional safe space for people to connect. Being a Reiki Master and desk yogi at The Studio Cleveland, she has found a deep love for the place and wanted to bring fun creative energy in and show the welcoming atmosphere and all they have to offer! While also allowing her friends to express themselves with their talents. She will be offering Reiki sessions the first half and hosting the second half to provide wellness and good vibes.
