Welcome to UNIQUE - a series of workshops for women designed to create a space for feminine energy and self-expression, empowering and embracing body movement through various dance styles with music at heart.
We will dive into the technique and explore how to move within various musical genres, celebrating our differences and presence on the dance floor. You will learn how to feel comfortable in your skin, confident and unique in the way you express yourself and apply it when dancing with a partner in a social dance.
We aim to share and exchange our dance related experiences in a safe and inclusive space for all WOMEN, encouraging support and unity between us.
