Starting university is exciting—but it can also feel a little overwhelming. Why not meet your future classmates before classes even begin?
Join us for Unionville Adventure Hangout, a fun day designed exclusively for incoming York University Markham students.
Together, we'll explore the charming streets of Maint St. Unionville, take part in interactive team activities, enjoy a delicious lunch and picnic, play outdoor games, and discover one of Markham's most beautiful neighborhoods.
Whether you're coming with friends or attending on your own, this event is the perfect opportunity to make new connections, chat with current students, ask questions about university life, meet with peer mentors, who are upper year students in your program who can answer all your university questions and start building your York community before your first day of class.
All attendees will be required to sign and return a permission form in order to particpate at the event. This form will be emailed to all attendees prior to event. Please note that any student under the age of 18 will require permssion from their caregiver/guardian.
