‘Unification - Cacao and Breath Ceremony for Divine Union’ with Shakti Tracy is a space to release and reset beliefs, wounds, or conditioning that may be causing disharmony between your Inner Divine Masculine and Feminine aspects.

We all have Masculine and Feminine energies within us, regardless of our gender identity. Our Feminine polarity provides the power of creation, while the Masculine gives it form and guides its evolution. Together, they are the ultimate co-creative forces in the universe, and we need them to work well together within us too.

The ceremony provides a space to let go of hurts from past relationships, ancestral wounds or unhelpful social conditioning.

Unifying these aspects can transform your life and relationships with others, make it easier to manifest, have creative ideas and take action.

The practices can also help you to step closer to the Truth of who you are and enable you to experience yourself as a pure and unique expression of Divine Love.

In the 4-hour workshop, you will have the opportunity to work with -

• Ceremonial Cacao as a sacred plant medicine that can help you heal your heart and embody the Divine.
• Sanskrit Mantra and Songs to activate and invoke the Divine Masculine, Divine Feminine and Unity Consciousness.
• Shamanic Journeying to merge with the Divine and attune to this frequency.
• Conscious Breathwork to fill you to overflow with sacredness and release anything that is not that. (You will have the option of working with either conscious connected breathwork or gentle heart breathing)
• Crystal Bowls and Sacred Sounds to support your journey of transmutation and transfiguration, allowing you to hold more light within.
• Movement and Dance to celebrate you as a living embodiment of Divine Energy.

NOTE - Please be aware that these practices are powerful and can bring emotions to the surface and cause transformation. Whilst we will try to create a safe and loving container for this journey, it's also vital to check in if it's right for you at this time and commit to looking after yourself during the workshop and the days following when release and rebalance may continue. There is never any need to push further than feels right in this session.

Contraindications

You are welcome to attend this ceremony and not drink ceremonial cacao or do the breathwork practices if it's not right for you to do so now. We are working with cacao and breath as a sacred unconditional love sources (which means it is not conditional on whether you drink the cacao or do breathwork). For some people, just being in the energetic field of these practices is more than enough for profound transformation.

It is NOT recommended that you drink the cacao if you have ever had a serious mental illness or if are on antidepressants. If you are pregnant, a half dose is recommended.

During the Breathwork, is NOT recommended that you do the Conscious Connected Breathwork if you have heart or blood pressure problems, have a history of psychosis or severe mental illness, or have epilepsy, glaucoma or detached retina. An alternative heart breathing technique will also be given to anyone who would prefer to use that.

About Shakti Tracy

Shakti Tracy is an Energy Healer, Shamanic Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, and Teacher with 25 years of experience in this field. She founded Diamond Heart Network and is a Senior Breathwork Teacher with Breathing Space—School of Breathwork. She leads groups through their comprehensive 10-month training program (the next training starts in September).

Shakti trained in Energy Healing in 1996, initially, this was for her own healing needs, but then she went on to support others.

In 2015, she retrained and became a Shamanic Practitioner and Breathwork Facilitator. Under the guidance of Stephen Mulhearn at Lendrick Lodge in Scotland, she immersed herself in core shamanism and Celtic shamanic traditions. She also studied Sandra Ingermans ‘Light of Spiritual Healing’ where she learned to use Sound and Vocal Toning for transmutation and transfiguration.

Shakti was initially introduced to Conscious Connected Breathwork by Peggy Dylan on a week-long residential at Lendrick Lodge, before studying a longer 10-month Breathwork Facilitator program with Breathing Space. The longer training provided more knowledge on the anatomy and physiology of the breath, trauma, and nervous system regulation. It also introduced a wider variety of breathing practices. Shakti went on to train as a Teacher with Breathing Space and lead her own groups through this training.

Shakti has trained as a Cacao Facilitator twice, first with Anu Tara’s ‘Alchemical Cacao Facilitator Training’ and then with Liam Browne and Gregory Garrett and their ‘Full Power Cacao - Master of Ceremonies Facilitator Training’.

After completing the Full Power Cacao training, Shakti was guided to take an offering of Ceremonial Cacao to the top of Ben Ledi, a sacred mountain near where she did her shamanic training. She was guided to bring the Goddess of the Cacao (Shakti) to meet The God of the Mountain (Shiva) to reunite these God and Goddess energies. Shakti completed this mission in 2021 and continues to try to live and work in ways that support the unification of these polarities.

Although she had been working with the Shiva mantra since 2018, Shakti only recently discovered the true power of mantra from teacher Antarma after initially randomly connecting at a forest party in Bolton in 2022. Its transformative effects blew her away. Although still a beginner to these practices, Shakti loves introducing mantras to others so they can taste the healing and empowering experiences possible.

Shakti Tracy is wholly committed to a planetary LOVE REVOLUTION. She believes that unifying the Masculine and Feminine polarities is a way to break free of the expectations you are born into, access your power, and become your true self.
