This event will host Ilka Rodriguez, a Latina Trailblazer who worked her way up to the CIA’s senior executive ranks and who will share her inspiring personal story. Her story will be moderated by Vanderlei Silva, who is a Managing Director at Citi’s Technology functions.

The event will provide a professional development opportunity for our ALPFA members along with Citi employees and community partners (Prospanica). A networking session will also take place after the panel with the panelists and attendees.
