Each event is hosted by one of our partner companies (this November: Deutsche Bank Berlin Technology Center), and offers a welcoming space to meet new people, exchange ideas, and celebrate our community. Unicorns in Tech is Europe’s largest LGBTIQ+ tech community, bridging top-tier talent and companies committed to creating a thriving, safe, inclusive workplace for them to grow. Based in Berlin, we host in-person events, connect queer tech professionals and reach over 10.000 folks to spotlight DEI-leading companies and empower our identities at work and beyond.
