The Unholy Comedy Show is descending upon St. Petersburg with a hot new lineup of nationally touring standup comics, audience tarot readings, music, punishments for your most sultry sins and more -- This month's show will be making its appearance at the new Unholy Theater, in beautiful Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. (Event takes place within Zubrick Magic Theatre). 1211 1st Ave N St. Petersburg, FL 33705.

What is Unholy Comedy?

Unholy Comedy Show is an immersive night of R-rated stand-up comedy, audience tarot readings, music, and more. After numerous requests, our show can now be seen at the most unique and immersive theater in Downtown St Petersburg, Florida on Aug 19. Note: Best available seats in your tier will be assigned at checkout if you do not pick your seats.

Hosted by comedians Hugh Carey and Lauren Gray (as seen at Roast Battle with Jeff Ross at the Comedy Store), Unholy Comedy Show features a wickedly entertaining and outrageously fun, dirty comedy experience, utilizing the beautifully dark aesthetics of The Unholy Theater.

Sinners brave enough to venture out to the event will be escorted in by unholy priests and nuns, and released into the theater proper for the show — but not without confessing their sins first, of course.

Guests can expect hilarious R-rated stand-up comedy sets, devilish priests and nuns, and a dip into the occult as your hosts lightheartedly provide live audience tarot readings between comedy sets. Lucky and willing participants may even be punished for some of their most juicy sins.

Headlining performance from: Brittany Brave

Unholy Comedy’s premier show in St. Petersburg, Florida isn’t just an immersive experience, but it is also stacked with top tier talent. Headlining our debut show is Brittany Brave. Brittany is a NYC-via-Miami based comedian, actress, writer, producer and host who’s been seen on TBS, MTV, Quibi, The Wendy Williams Show, SiriusXM and featured in The New York Times, ELLE, Ashton Kutcher’s A-Plus, TimeOut New York, Entrepreneur Magazine and more.

In 2021, Brave was named Best Comedian by the Miami New Times, in 2019, named Best New Comic at the NY Comedy Festival and Caroline’s on Broadway and in 2017 an Emerging Talent by TBS Network. Brave recently won 92.9 The Point’s Virtual Comedy Couch Competition and headlined Four Corners Comedy Festival in Durango, CO. She was also a featured comedic contributor in Jon Chattman’s Moving Foreword, published alongside works by Darrell Hammond, Jerry Springer and more.

Brave has quickly made a name for herself in the stand up comedy circuits in NYC and Miami, regularly opening for nationally touring headliners such as Jessica Kirson, Mark Normand, Judy Gold, Ilana Glazer, Jared Freid, Ricky Velez and more. She recently emceed Bitcoin 2022’s Real Sound Money Festival, hosting for notable names such as Hannibal Burress, Jay Pharoah, Donnell Rawlings, Michael Rapaport and Jimmy O. Yang.

An experienced performer with more than 17 years of on-stage experience, Brave has studied at the world’s premier comedy schools such as UCB, Second City, iO and The People’s Improv Theater.

As of June 17, the Unholy Comedy Show is offering performances at the gorgeous Unholy Theater in St. Petersburg, FL. The Unholy Theater is equipped with amazing technology, a state of the art sound and lighting system, as well as a few tricks up its sleeves to offer guests a deeply immersive experience, similar to the experiences at Ashbriar Abbey.

Unholy Comedy Show started back in 2022 within the walls of the gorgeous Ashbriar Abbey Event Venue, located at Alchemy and Ashes in Lutz. The photos below are just a tiny peek inside the show's past. These images encapsulate just some of the energy of the experience, well at least the ones that aren't too naughty.
